How Dare You!? exceeds 9,000 on iQIYI heat index in just 3 days – 5 posters drop to celebrate

The ongoing fantasy comedy romance How Dare You!? is still going gangbusters on iQIYI, with the Chinese production company/streaming service just announcing the C-drama has already exceeded 9,000 on their heat index.
Considering 10,000 on iQIYI’s heat index generally means a drama is classified as a huge hit, already climbing passed 9,000 on its third day of release is a huge achievement for this one.
iQIYI released a very cool, and wild looking visual featuring the two main leads – Wang Chu Ran and Cheng Lei — to celebrate, followed by four other posters — one for all four leads. The other two being Tang Xiao Tian and Hu Yi Xuan.
International audiences rating How Dare You!? high
Interestingly, while Chinese dramas often get low ratings on non-Chinese sites like My Drama List and IMDB, How Dare You!? is currently performing very well there as well.
Over on My Drama List, the C-drama is currently earning an 8.4 out of 10 from almost 850 users, while 18 people rating the series on IMDB are awarding it a slightly lower 8.3.
Considering so many Chinese dramas are deliberately downrated on these sites for no reason except that they don’t star someone’s favorite idol actor, it’s amazing, and cool, that How Dare You!? is doing so well.
Especially as, a score in the mid 8.0s on MDL or IMDB would often mean one in the 9.0s elsewhere.
How Dare You!? is scheduled to run for 32 episodes, and should end its run on February 25th.
You can currently watch its first 10 episodes via iQIYI, with new episodes releasing tomorrow. iQIYI’s YouTube channel is also streaming the series.
