The Why Does Nobody Remember Me in This World? creditless animations come just two weeks after the first episode of the anime premiered.
The anime, titled Naze Boku no Sekai wo Daremo Oboeteinai no ka? in Japan, has been receiving average ratings since it premiered on July 13th, with over 5,200 My Anime List users currently rating it a pretty low 7.08 out of 10 so far.

The Why Does Nobody Remember Me in This World? anime is based on the light novel and manga of the same name by Kei Sazane.
It is directed by Tatsuma Minamikawa (Pon No Michi), with Satoshi Sugisawa (Love After World Domination) in charge of series composition, and Hiromi Katou (Monster Girl Doctor) in charge of character designs and also chief animation director.
Project No. 9 (Higehiro) is producing the anime.
The sci-fi, fantasy anime’s plot goes something like this:
A war between five races for supremacy on Earth is won by humanity, led by the hero Sid. Suddenly, history gets overwritten so that Sid never existed, leading to humanity losing and becoming subjugated by dragons and demons.
All of this is witnessed by a boy named Kai, who is mysteriously unaffected by the alterations. In this new world, Kai finds that he never existed previously, so no one knows him.
After meeting a mysterious girl named Rinne, Kai is inspired to become the hero himself and free humanity.
The third episode of Why Does Nobody Remember Me in This World? — titled The Hero of the Demons — premiered earlier today.
