Welcome to Japan, Ms. Elf! gets 2 new cast members, cute visual and theme song performer

Get ready to embark on a cute new adventure as the anime adaptation of Suzuki Makishima and Yappen’s comedy fantasy light novel series, Welcome to Japan, Ms. Elf! (aka Nihon e Yōkoso Elf-san), is now set to premiere in January 2025!
This according to the anime’s official X account, who also released a cute visual earlier today featuring elf Marie, protagonist Kazuhiro and magi drake Wridra visiting the famous Hirosaki Castle in Aomori Prefecture.
Marie in particular looks absolutely thrilled to be there, while Kazuhiro and Wridra look on smiling.

Joining already-named cast members Kaede Hondo (Marie), and Yuusuke Kobayashi (Kazuhiro), are Yumi Uchiyama who is voicing Wridra and Rico Sasaki as Mewi.
Rico Sasaki isn’t just lending her voice though; she will also be dazzling us with the opening theme song Palette Days, thus promising to start each episode with a burst of energy.
Popular VTubers from Nijisanji, Kaede Higuchi and Kanae, are performing ending theme song Yummy Yummy, which sounds like they will be wrapping up each episode on a sweet note.
Helming the anime is director Tōru Kitahata (Hinako Note), while Aya Yoshinaga (An Archdemon’s Dilemma: How to Love Your Elf Bride) is in charge of both scripts and series composition, and Madoka Hirayama (Zone of the Enders) is the anime’s character designer and chief animation director.
Zero-G (Grand Blue) is animating the series.
The Welcome to Japan, Ms. Elf! light novels and manga
If you are one of those anime fans who enjoys being ahead of the plot, J-Novel Club is currently publishing both the Welcome to Japan, Ms. Elf! light novels and the manga.
There are nine light novel volumes currently published in English, and eight manga volumes.
