Arifureta Season 3 key visual and trailer focus on Shea the battle maniac and her determination

With AnimeJapan 2024 taking place this weekend, there is a heckuva lot of news out about upcoming anime every anime fan will be dying to hear.
Included in that is news about fantasy action isekai anime Arifureta: From Commonplace to World’s Strongest, Season 3, which got both a powerful new key visual and a teaser trailer earlier today.
The first Arifureta: From Commonplace to World’s Strongest, Season 3 key visual centers on Shea the battle maniac, with both Hajime and Yue in the background behind her.
A key visual that makes her look incredibly determined as she looks behind her, before turning around to face whatever lies in the castle in front of her.
Ahead of Shea we can see an enormous and incredibly ominous red and purple moon, with a dark and foreboding castle illuminated within its threatening rays.
With that kind of front-and-center focus on Shea, who has always been a popular character, does that mean we will be getting even more scenes featuring the “shameless rabbit”?
Let’s hope so, right?
Meanwhile, in the Arifureta, Season 3 teaser trailer, Shea is again front and center as the powerful music leads us to believe the next season will be hella exciting, and Shea will be out kicking some major ass.
Arifureta, Season 3 cast and staff
According to Studio asread, cast members Toshinari Fukamachi, Yuki Kuwahara, Minami Takahashi, Youko Hikasa, Saori Onishi and Yumiri Hanamori will be back in Season 3 to reprise their parts.
The anime is again being directed by Akira Iwanaga, with Shouichi Satou in charge of series composition once more, and character designs by Chika Kojima, who is also Chief Animation Director.
Studio asread is again in charge of that superb anime production.
Where to buy the Arifureta light novels?
The Arifureta: From Commonplace to World’s Strongest anime series is based on the light novel series by Ryo Shirakome and Takayaki.
Seven Seas Entertainment is publishing the novels in English, with all 13 volumes out, and is also publishing the manga spin-off.
The publisher explains the plot of the fantasy isekai series like this:
When a classroom of students is transported to another world to act as its saviors, Hajime Nagumo finds himself the weakest link. As his friends and classmates are granted strong classes and impressive abilities due to their existing skills, he is given the weak title of Synergist.
When a dungeon quest leaves him separated from his group, Hajime must discover his own talents or be left to rot in this world forever.
