D.P. 2 trailer not only features high-action drama, but also a fabulous song on its soundtrack
The first D.P. 2 teaser trailer is out and, along with the fast and hard action we loved in the first season of the military-themed South Korean drama, it also comes with an epic song as its musical accompaniment.
A song that, with both lyrics and that massively powerful melody and vocals, perfectly illustrates the feel of this amazing drama series:
Light is fading
Fallen have risen
We are the devils
This is our hell
Within the darkness
It’s death we hear
Only the strong can fight this fear
The track, of course, is ‘Warrior’s Song‘ by Audiomachine and, honestly, could you think of a more perfect song to herald the coming of D.P. 2?
Who is Audiomachine?
Audiomachine is an American music production company that primarily produces the music created by composers Paul Dinletir and Kevin Rix. (official website here)
They are known for their movie and TV show trailer music, as well as video game advertisement compositions, with their music played on trailers for some of the biggest films and TV shows ever released.
Films like Dune, Avatar, The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey, Black Widow, Kung Fu Panda, Avengers: Endgame, Frozen 2, Live Free or Die Hard, Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, Transformers, and Spider Man: Homecoming to name just a few.

In recent years, the extremely prolific Audiomachine has also started releasing full-length albums of their music, as fans loved what they were producing so much. (You can listen to those via Spotify)
The use of Audiomachine’s ‘Warrior’s Song‘ on the D.P. 2 teaser trailer then is apt, as Netflix has used their powerful and strong emotion-evoking music many times before, and obviously knows how fabulous it sounds.
This time, by the way, with a track that was composed by Daniel Lozinski through Audiomachine.
