Pro Bono, Ep 12 has HUGE ratings increase to end its run – international viewers still loving it

The series finale of Pro Bono sees an enormous 4.0 percent increase in its ratings
Pro Bono, one of the best legal-themed dramas I have watched in a long time, soared into double digits in the ratings on Sunday night for the first time as the Korean series ended its run.
Data via Nielsen Korea shows Pro Bono, Episode 12 grabbed 10.00 percent of the nationwide audience share, which was an enormous jump from the 6.15 percent the Jung Kyung Ho-led series earned for its penultimate episode the night before.
The tvN drama saw just as big of a ratings increase in Seoul where Pro Bono, Episode 12 moved from Saturday night’s 5.54 percent for Episode 11 to last night’s 9.57 percent for Episode 12.
That’s a whopping 4.03 percent increase in just 24 hours.
Those numbers also meant the K-drama was the #1 most-watched show in its time slot across every channel — cable TV or otherwise.
Now isn’t it brilliant when a K-drama you are enjoying ends its run on such a high note?
Pro Bono finishes its 12-episode run being loved by international viewers
The Korean drama is also being rated very high by international viewers on various websites, with more than 3,100 users of one popular Asian-drama site currently awarding it a solid 8.4 out of 10.
Meanwhile, on Netflix where Pro Bono is streaming internationally, the K-drama is currently ranked in the Top 10 in 24 countries, including at #2 in Vietnam, #3 in Malaysia, and at #4 in Singapore and Indonesia.
Who knows, the way the Korean law-themed drama has been attracting viewers recently, it may even end up on the Netflix Top 10 Non-English TV Shows chart when that is released tomorrow, right?
And yes, if you have not yet begun watching Pro Bono, out of everything I have watched over the last few months, and I have seen an enormous number of Korean dramas, this is one of five dramas I have been recommending to anyone who will listen.
In particular due to Jung Kyung Ho’s performance as arrogant former judge Kang David. One of the best the 42-year-old actor has given.
Pro Bono is directed by Kim Seong Yoon (Itaewon Class) and Baek Sang Hoon, and stars an excellent ensemble cast that includes Jung Kyung Ho, So Ju Yeon, Lee Yoo Young, Yoon Na Moo, Seo Hye Won, and Kang Hyung Suk.
The Korean drama aired its first episode on December 6th, 2025 and ended last night, January 11th, 2026.
All 12 episodes are now streaming internationally on Netflix.
