Park Min Young to star in revenge drama with Lee Yi Kyung? Actress considering Marry My Husband role

One of South Korea’s hardest working actresses Park Min Young may be starring in a new revenge drama with Lee Yi Kyung in 2023.
Hook Entertainment, the actress’s current agency, says she has received a script for the drama and is considering an offer, although she hasn’t accepted a role yet.
The drama, which is said to be titled Marry My Husband (working title), will tell the story of terminally ill Kang Ji Won who is murdered by her husband after she learns he and her best friend, Jung Soo Min, are having an affair.
After her death, she is given the chance to go back in time and seek revenge.
Park Min Young would star as Kang Ji Won, with Lee Yi Kyung currently considering the role of her husband Park Min Hwan.
Marry My Husband is based on a popular webtoon by Sung So Jak.
Confirmation of the lead actors for the drama is likely to arrive soon, as it begins filming in the first half of 2023.
Park Min Young, of course, is the current darling of K-dramas.
The Korean actress is famous for her recent roles in Her Private Life alongside Kim Jae Uck, When the Weather is Fine with Seo Kang Joon, What’s Wrong with Secretary Kim? co-starring Park Seo Joon, Queen for Seven Days alongside Yeon Woo Jin and Lee Dong Gun, and her most recent rom-com Love in Contract co-starring Go Kyung Pyo and Kim Jae Young.
As for Lee Yi Kyung, he has been amassing fans in the last few years with his recent roles in Curtain Call, Secret Royal Inspector, Children of Nobody, and Eulachacha Waikiki.
He is already filming the role of Han Jeong Woo in It’s You, Out of the Blue in 2023.
