My Perfect Stranger Ep 5 earns LOWEST rating yet on Monday night but all is not yet lost

Korean drama My Perfect Stranger, Episode 5 aired on KBS2 in South Korea last night.
Ratings for the fantasy romantic drama were released soon after by Nielsen Korea and, let’s just say, they were not great.
According to Nielsen, the My Perfect Stranger, Episode 5 earned its lowest ratings yet — both nationwide and with audiences in Seoul.
Nationwide, My Perfect Stranger, Episode 5 dropped to a 3.8 percent audience share, while in Seoul it garnered a slightly lower 3.6 percent of the audience.
That is a drop of .50 percent from its previous episode nationwide, and a fall of .70 percent in Seoul.
It is also a .70 percent drop nationwide and a 1.3 percent drop for Seoul audiences from the drama’s highest rated episodes for each region.
Of course the drop is not massive and that means, with 11 more episodes still to air, there is plenty of time for the ratings of My Perfect Stranger to recover and increase.
The next episode of My Perfect Stranger to air will be the drama’s sixth episode later on tonight.
The ratings for that episode will also help create more of a complete picture as to whether the Kim Dong Wook and Jin Ki Joo-led drama audience is heading downwards or likely to recover.

My Perfect Stranger stars Kim Dong Wook (The Guest) and Jin Ki Joo (The Secret Life of My Secretary), and follows a journalist and a would-be writer who end up traveling back in time to the year 1987 for two separate reasons.
Two reasons that soon become not so separate after all.
The drama airs on KBS2 in South Korea every Monday and Tuesday evening at 21:50 (KST), with the drama’s sixth episode on its way later on tonight.
Outside South Korea, depending on where you are located, Viki, and Kocowa are streaming each episode soon after it airs in Korea.
