The ongoing tvN drama Maestra: Strings of Truth, Episode 5 aired on tvN last night to an almost 1.0 percent drop in ratings compared to its previous episode.
That rating was 5.18 percent compared to Episode 4’s rating of 6.01 percent, but a rating that still placed the music-themed drama in the #1 place in its time slot.
It was also an understandable drop considering the 2023 KBS Entertainment Awards were also airing in the same time slot on Saturday night.
Maestra: Strings of Truth performing well internationally
Meanwhile, Maestra: Strings of Truth is continuing to perform well internationally.
According to FlixPatrol, the Korean drama has been in the Top 10 on Disney Plus in three countries besides South Korea this week — Hong Kong, Taiwan and Singapore.
The Korean drama is also earning solid ratings from international viewers, with My Drama List users scoring it a respectable 8.0 out of 10, and with overwhelmingly positive comments ranging from:

Started it cause I had nothing else to watch but wow I binged 4 episodes back to back and now I am badly hooked…. FL is my all time fave love her from Dae Jang Geum and here she is such a cool no nonsense female lead.
