Lovely Runner Ep 8 stills feature that kiss as Byeon Woo Seok and Kim Hye Yoon’s adult romance begins

tvN has released new Lovely Runner, Episode 8 stills that, of course, not only show that kiss we had all been waiting for, but also feature Ryu Sun Jae (masterfully played by Byeon Woo Seok) and Im Sol (Kim Hye Yoon) as they kick off their adult romance.
All six Lovely Runner stills also seem to hint at a happy ending for these two. Fingers crossed.
Meanwhile, Lovely Runner has managed to increase its nationwide TV ratings in South Korea by an average of 1.0 percent over the last two episodes, as more and more tune in to this wonderful romance drama.
Outside South Korea, the drama is also going gangbusters with huge ratings on just about any major website featuring the drama.
On My Drama List, the K-drama is still rated a crazy high 9.1 out of 10 — and if you have ever spent any time on that site, you know only 10 dramas have ever received over a 9.0 out of 10 rating since the site was founded — and Lovely Runner is currently one of them.

The same applies to IMDB, where Lovely Runner is also now rated a high 9.1 out of 10.
And on Viki, where the Korean drama is streaming for international viewers, it is receiving an average of 9.8 out of 10 ratings from over 13,200 viewers.
It is just a pity it was Viki that was the streaming platform that licensed the romance drama as, if Netflix had bought the rights, this would be a massive international hit by now.
The next episode of Lovely Runner will air on tvN and stream on TVING next Monday evening at 20:50 (KST), with Viki streaming it around the same time for those of us outside South Korea.
